§ 21-13-106. LICENSE REVOCATION AND SUSPENSION.

(a)

Required physical condition. A ride or riding device mounted on mobile equipment operating under the license issued under this title shall at all times be kept in proper physical and mechanical condition to insure the safety of individuals using the ride or riding device.

(b)

Inspection. The Director or the Director's designee may enter on and inspect any ride or riding device mounted on mobile equipment to determine if the ride or riding device is being kept in proper physical and mechanical condition.

(c)

License revocation or suspension. If the operator fails to keep a ride or riding device in proper physical and mechanical condition, the Director may revoke or suspend the license issued under this title.
