§ 21-12-202. APPLICATION.

(a)

Contents. The application shall contain the information that the Department reasonably requires to determine if the minibike is entitled to registration.

(b)

Signature. The application shall be signed by:

(1)

If the owner is a minor, a parent or legal guardian of the minor;

(2)

Each individual adult who is an owner;

(3)

If the owner is a business firm, corporation, or association, an officer or authorized agent of the owner;

(4)

If the owner is a partnership or joint venture, a partner or a principal in the joint venture;

(5)

If the owner is an unincorporated association, joint stock company, or other group described in § 6-406 of the Courts Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland, an officer or authorized agent; or

(6)

If the owner is a trust, a trustee.

(c)

Certificate of title and other evidence of ownership. The application shall be accompanied by:

(1)

The current certificate of title for the minibike issued by the State Motor Vehicle Administration;

(2)

A certificate of origin; or

(3)

A genuine bill of sale.
