§ 21-11-103. CONTENTS AND DISPLAY OF LICENSE.

(a)

Contents. The information required under § 21-11-102(1) of this title shall be noted on a license issued under this title.

(b)

Labels or tags.

(1)

The Clerk of the Court shall issue to each licensee a gum label or metal tag for each vehicle bearing:

(i)

The inscription "Baltimore County Huckster's License No. ________", which number shall be the same number as the number in the license issued to the applicant for each vehicle; and

(ii)

The expiration date of the license.

(2)

The licensee shall attach the label or tag to the vehicle to be used on the right-hand side of the vehicle and the label or tag shall at all times be visible.

(c)

Display. When engaged in selling or offering goods for sale, the licensee shall:

(1)

Carry the license either in the vehicle or on the licensee's person; and

(2)

Exhibit the license whenever requested to do so by any police officer or by any person to whom the licensee is selling or offering to sell the goods described in this title.
