§ 21-11-102. APPLICATION FOR A LICENSE.

Latest version.

An applicant for a license shall:
(1)

Submit to the Clerk of the Court an application that includes the applicant's name, address, weight, race, height, and color of hair and eyes; and

(2)

Pay to the Clerk of the Court a fee for each vehicle used on the streets or highways of the county to be established annually by the County Administrative Officer.
