§ 20-5-119. PERIODIC COMPLIANCE REPORTS.

Any user who is subject to a discharge standard shall submit to the Engineer periodic reports. These periodic reports shall indicate the nature and concentration of the pollutants in the effluent which are limited by discharge standards and shall include a record of all daily flows which during the reporting period exceeded the average daily flow reported in the permit application. Periodic compliance reports shall be given at such intervals and contain such additional information as the Engineer may require. All periodic compliance reports shall be signed by an authorized representative of the industrial user and by a qualified professional.
