§ 20-5-115. EVALUATION OF PERMIT APPLICATION.

(a)

The Department of Public Works will evaluate the data furnished in an application and may require additional information from the applicant to assist it in this evaluation

(b)

To assist in its evaluation, the Engineer may require the applicant to have a laboratory conduct an analysis of a representative sample of the wastewater discharged, utilizing methods and quality control programs acceptable to the Engineer to determine the nature, concentration, quality, and quantity of the pollutants and the wastewater. All costs of analysis shall be the responsibility of the applicant.
