§ 20-5-103. ANNUAL SEWER SERVICE CHARGE.

(a)

Every person owning property having a connection with the system by which wastewater is discharged into the system shall pay an annual sewer service charge. The amount of the charge shall be determined in accordance with the rates, classifications, and procedures established by order of the County Executive.

(b)

The rates and classifications established by the County Executive shall be designed to ensure that all users pay their proportionate share of the operation, maintenance, and replacement costs of the system and the operation of the pretreatment program.
