§ 20-1-122. SAME—SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES AS TO COSTS.

In case of disagreement between the City of Baltimore and the metropolitan district of the county as to the cost of any such service pipe installed by the City of Baltimore, the state Public Service Commission shall review such cost upon application, and the findings of the Public Service Commission shall be final, except that there may be an appeal to the courts from such findings as is provided by law in case of other determinations by the Public Service Commission.
