§ 1-2-107. PERSON.

(1)

"Person" means:

(i)

An individual, partnership, limited partnership, limited liability partnership, corporation, joint stock association, limited liability company, professional service corporation, any other entity recognized under state law;

(ii)

A state; or

(iii)

A political subdivision of a state.

(2)

"Person" includes a trustee, receiver, assignee, or personal representative of the persons named in paragraph (1) of this section.
