§ 1-2-106. NEWSPAPER OF GENERAL CIRCULATION.

Latest version.

"Newspaper of general circulation" means a daily or weekly publication which:
(1)

Is printed and distributed on a regular basis;

(2)

Is available for public use in the county; and

(3)

Contains news, opinions, advertisements, and other items of general interest to the public.
