§ 19-2-102. AUCTIONED MOTOR VEHICLES.

The certificate of the Chief of Police that a motor vehicle has been sold at public auction to a purchaser shall constitute sufficient evidence of title in order to enable a purchaser to obtain a certificate of title and registration from the State Motor Vehicle Administration.
