§ 18-2-103. REPORTS OF ACCIDENTS.
(a)
Issuance by police. If there is an accident in which a motor vehicle is in any manner involved, on application by any person and the payment of a fee, the Police Department shall furnish to the applicant any of the following:
(1)
A certified copy of the Police Department's record of the accident;
(2)
A copy or copies of photographs related to the accident; and
(3)
A copy or copies of maps, drawings, and statements related to the accident.
(b)
Fees. The County Administrative Officer shall establish any fees charged under this section in accordance with the applicable provisions of the code.
