§ 17-1-104. INTERFERENCE WITH POLICE OR FIRE APPARATUS.

(a)

Prohibition. A person may not:

(1)

Interfere with or damage equipment or property of the Fire Department or Police Department; or

(2)

Interfere with a member of the Fire Department or Police Department in the discharge of his or her duties.

(b)

Penalty. A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor.
