§ 13-7-302. BUILDINGS TO BE FREE OF RATS AND RAT-PROOF.

(a)

Buildings to be free of rats. A building in the county shall be free of rats and maintained in a rat-proof condition.

(b)

Elimination of rat harborages. The occupant or owner of a building shall eliminate rat harborages and conditions conducive to the existence of a rat harborage.
