§ 13-7-128. SAME - ABATEMENT; ASSESSMENTS AND DAMAGES.

(a)

Abatement. Based on the final estimates adopted by the County Council and as may be affirmed or amended by the Court under this Part III of this subtitle, the county shall proceed to abate the nuisance in the manner proposed.

(b)

Assessments and damages. The county shall:

(1)

Collect the amount of benefits assessed by suit if necessary; and

(2)

Pay the amount of damages awarded, if any.
