§ 13-7-126. SAME - HEARING.
(a)
No objections. If on the date of the hearing there are no objections to the proposed plan or estimate, the county may adopt the plan.
(b)
Objections.
(1)
If there are objections to the proposed plan or estimate, the County Council shall hear and consider the proposed plan or estimate and may amend the proposed plan or estimates.
(2)
The Council shall pass a final order adopting the plan and estimates as originally made or as amended.
