§ 13-7-114. HEARING.

(a)

Authority to request. Within 5 days after receiving a notice under this Part II of this subtitle, an owner served with notice may request a hearing before the Director.

(b)

Contents of the request. A request for a hearing shall be made in writing to the Director and shall state with particularity an explanation for the nuisance or defenses the owner intends to raise.
