Authority.
If the owner fails to abate a nuisance within the time frame required in the notice
to abate, the county may remove the nuisance or the cause of the nuisance at the expense
of the owner.
(b)
Cost added to tax bill.
If the county removes the nuisance or the cause of the nuisance as provided in subsection
(a) of this section, the county shall add the cost of removal to the current taxes
due on the land or lot or on an improvement to the lot.
