§ 13-4-303. CONFIDENTIAL AND PROPRIETARY INFORMATION.

  • (a)

    "Confidential or proprietary information" defined. In this section, "confidential or proprietary information" includes the identities or addresses of customers or vendors, financial information concerning the applicant or permittee, business plans of the applicant or permittee, and trade secrets or other intellectual property of the applicant or permittee.

    (b)

    No requirement to identify. Nothing in this subtitle requires an applicant or permittee to identify in any permit or application or in any other information to be submitted any information that the applicant or permittee believes to be confidential or proprietary information.
