§ 13-4-304. DEED MODIFICATION.

Latest version.

When a permit is issued for a land disposal site, a modification to the deed for the property shall be recorded in the land records for the county noting the use of the property as a land disposal site and requiring future approval of the county before initiation of any construction activity after closure.
