§ 13-4-208. REQUIREMENTS FOR SOLID WASTE COLLECTION VEHICLES AND RECEPTACLES.
(a)
Watertight. A solid waste collection vehicle shall be sufficiently watertight to prevent the loss of any liquid.
(b)
Cover. The operator of an open-type solid waste collection vehicle shall cover the solid waste with heavy canvas or metal between points of collection and place of disposal.
(c)
Prevention of spillage and overflow. A solid waste collection vehicle shall be loaded in a manner that will prevent spillage or overflow.
(d)
Cleaned. A solid waste collection vehicle shall be thoroughly cleaned at the end of each day's operation in a manner that will minimize odors and prevent insect and rodent breeding.
(e)
Other requirements. A solid waste collection vehicle or receptacle shall comply with any other requirements included in the solid waste collection permit.
