§ 13-4-205. SAME - APPLICATION; ISSUANCE; FEE; RENEWAL.

  • (a)

    Application. An applicant for a permit to engage in solid waste collection shall submit an application on the form provided by the Department of Permits, Approvals and Inspections.

    (b)

    Issuance. On a satisfactory review of the application and inspection of the solid waste collection vehicles, the Department of Permits, Approvals and Inspections shall issue a written permit to proceed with the operation.

    (c)

    Fee. The County Administrative Officer shall establish a permit fee that may not exceed $50 per vehicle.

    (d)

    Renewal. A permittee shall renew a permit issued under this section by December 31 of each year.
