§ 13-4-104. OPEN DUMPS.

(a)

" Open dump" defined.

(1)

"Open dump" means any land publicly or privately owned on which there is an accumulation, either temporary or permanent, of any kind of solid waste.

(2)

"Open dump" does not include a permitted land disposal site, permitted solid waste processing facility, or site operated in accordance with the requirements of this title.

(b)

Prohibited. Open dumps are not permitted within the county.
