§ 13-4-103. VARIANCES.

  • (a)

    Authority to approve. The approving authority may approve a variance from this title if the approving authority determines that the variance will not adversely affect:

    (1)

    The health and safety of the citizens of the county; or

    (2)

    The quality of the environment.

    (b)

    Restrictions, limitations, and conditions. A variance approved under this section shall be made in strict compliance with the restrictions, limitations, or conditions that the approving authority may demand.
