§ 12-8-105. RIGHT OF ENTRY.
(a)
For impoundment. The Health Officer, an Animal Control Officer, or a Baltimore County police officer may enter private property to impound an animal in accordance with this title.
(b)
For inspection. The Health Officer or an animal control officer may enter private property to:
(1)
Inspect the confinement or restraint of a dangerous animal; and
(2)
Check compliance with the orders of the Board.
