§ 12-8-104. APPEAL TO THE BOARD OF APPEALS.

  • (a)

    Subject to Title 1, Subtitle 2 of this article, within 10 days after the decision or order of the Board, any owner who is aggrieved by the decision or order of the Board may appeal the decision or order to the Board of Appeals.

    (b)

    The Board shall determine the appeal as provided in § 12-1-114(f) and (g) of this article.

    Section 2 of Bill No. 68-13 provides that the provisions of this Act changing appeals of dangerous animal findings by the Animal Hearing Board from de novo to "on the record" shall apply only to a dangerous animal hearing before the Animal Hearing Board that occurs after the effective date of this Act.
