§ 12-5-109. COSTS.

The owner of a domestic animal that is subject to this title is responsible for all costs associated with:
(1)

Subject to Title 1, Subtitle 2 of this article, confinement and observation of the domestic animal under this title; and

(2)

Any veterinary examination performed under the authority of this title.
