§ 12-5-108. ENFORCEMENT.

(a)

Surrender of animal. A person may not fail or refuse to surrender an animal for confinement, observation, or euthanasia when the Health Officer issues a written order to do so.

(b)

Police to enforce. The Police Department shall enforce all written orders of the Health Officer under this title.
