§ 12-5-103. HEALTH OFFICER TO ESTABLISH EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF THE VACCINES.

The Health Officer shall establish the effective period of the various vaccines required under this title in accordance with customary veterinary medical practices as recommended in the current "Compendium of Animal Rabies Vaccines" prepared by the National Association of State Public Health Veterinarians, Inc.
