§ 12-1-205. FAILURE TO PAY BOARDING COSTS.

If the owner does not meet the requirements of this subtitle, the Health Officer may treat the animal as abandoned and dispose of the animal as provided in § 12-3-203 or § 12-3-204 of this article.
