§ 12-1-204. BOND; COLLECTION OF BOARDING COSTS.

(a)

Bond. If the Animal Hearing Board, Board of Appeals, or court of competent jurisdiction allows, the owner shall post a bond approved by the Health Officer to pay the boarding costs if the owner does not prevail in the appeal.

(b)

Collection of boarding costs. Any boarding costs imposed under this subtitle that are not paid and not reduced as provided in this subtitle may be collected in the same manner as any judgment or debt may be collected.
