§ 11-3-211. PAYMENT REQUISITE TO TRANSFER.

Unless the conveyance has been stamped "no transfer tax required", as provided in § 11-3-213 of this subtitle, property may not be transferred on the assessment books or records until the transfer tax has been paid to the Director.
