§ 11-3-213. STAMPING OF INSTRUMENTS OF WRITING NOT SUBJECT TO THE TRANSFER TAX.

  • (1)

    When the Director decides that a particular transfer is not subject to the transfer tax, the instrument of writing shall be stamped with a rubber stamp, and the form of the stamp shall read "no transfer tax required, per ____".

    (2)

    A stamp is not valid unless it bears the authorized signature of the Director.
