§ 10-6-104. JOB TRAINING PARTNERSHIP ACT FUND.

(a)

Established. There is a Job Training Partnership Act Fund.

(b)

Funding. The county may:

(1)

Accept money in accordance with the Job Training Partnership Act; and

(2)

Appropriate money accepted to the Fund to operate programs and projects under the Act for which there are otherwise no appropriations in the current expense or capital budgets.

(c)

Expenditures. The county shall make expenditures from the Fund only in accordance with the appropriations required under subsection (b) of this section.
