§ 10-6-103. LOCAL OPEN SPACE REVENUE ACCOUNT.

(a)

Established. There is a Local Open Space Revenue Account within the Capital Improvement Fund.

(b)

Funding. All fees collected by the county instead of the required dedication of local open space shall be credited to the account.

(c)

Accumulation and expenditure. All fees credited to the account under subsection (b) of this section shall be accumulated in the account from year to year until appropriated for the acquisition and development of land for local open space parcels and parks that have been recommended by the Board of Recreation and Parks.
