§ 10-5-105. MANAGING THE FUND.

The Director of Budget and Finance is responsible for:
(1)

The management of the Fund, including the receipt of annual appropriations by the county, investments, disbursements against claims approved by the County Attorney; and

(2)

The selection of the actuary.
