§ 10-3-108. USE OF PROCEEDS.

Latest version.

The money borrowed under this title shall be set aside from other county funds and used and applied only to the payment of:
(1)

The cost and expense of the projects named in the ordinance;

(2)

The costs of issuing bonds or notes issued in anticipation of bonds; and

(3)

If provided by the authorizing ordinance, repayment of notes issued in anticipation of bonds.
