§ 10-3-106. PAYMENT TO THE DIRECTOR.

Latest version.

(1)

A purchaser shall:

(i)

Make payment for any general obligation bonds or other evidences of indebtedness of the county to the order of Baltimore County, Maryland; and

(ii)

Deliver the payment to the Director of Budget and Finance.

(2)

The Director shall deposit the payment in the proper accounts of the county.
