§ 10-2-108. SMALL BUSINESS.

(a)

Program incentive to contract with county. The Director of Budget and Finance shall develop a program designed to encourage and assist small businesses to contract with the county for commodities and services.

(b)

Small business defined. Small business shall be defined in accordance with the criteria established by the Small Business Administration of the federal government.
