§ 512. Composition.

The office of human resources shall consist of the director of human resources, the personnel and salary advisory board, and their subordinate officers, agents and employees. The office shall be administered by the director of human resources. The director shall be responsible directly to the county administrative officer and shall possess the qualifications for the office provided in Article VIII of this Charter and such other qualifications as may be provided in the county personnel law.
