§ 7-2-102. RECORDED VOTES.
When there is a vote of the County Council or an administrative body, the County Council or administrative body shall:
(1)
Record the vote;
(2)
Include in the record the vote of each individual member, the date of the meeting, attendance of the County Council or administrative body, and the action taken by the County Council or administrative body; and
(3)
Make this information available to the public on request.
