§ 7-1-311. EX PARTE COMMUNICATIONS PROHIBITED.

(a)

Exception. This section does not apply to communication with the Office of Law for the purpose of seeking legal advice if the Office of Law is not a party to the matter.

(b)

Prohibited. The Zoning Commissioner, Deputy Zoning Commissioner, a member of the Board of Appeals, or an agent acting on behalf of the Zoning Commissioner, Deputy Zoning Commissioner, or a member of the Board of Appeals may not engage in ex parte communication with any person regarding a matter pending before the Zoning Commissioner, Deputy Zoning Commissioner, or Board of Appeals at any time before disposition of the matter.
