§ 7-1-303. EMPLOYMENT OF PUBLIC OFFICIAL BY PARTY TO CONTRACT.

A public official may not be employed by an entity that is a party to a contract that binds or purports to bind the county if the duties of the public official include matters substantially relating to or affecting the subject matter of the contract.
