§ 6-3-102. BAILIFF.

(a)

Appointment. The judges of Orphans' Court may appoint a bailiff, who shall attend each sitting of the court and perform duties that the court and register of wills direct.

(b)

Salary. The annual salary of the bailiff shall be established by the County Council.
