§ 6-1-101. ACCOUNTS.

  • The State's Attorney for the county, in making up the State's Attorney's accounts against the county for all expenses that are properly chargeable against the county, shall:

    (1)

    State the items of expenses incurred in the proper discharge of the State's Attorney's duties; and

    (2)

    Submit to the county the accounts, together with the affidavit of the State's Attorney as to the correctness of the accounts and the fairness of the charges in the account.
