§ 5-1-301. DEFERRED RETIREMENT OPTION PROGRAM.

(a)

Deferred retirement option program. There is a deferred retirement option program.

(b)

Availability . The program is available to employees as provided for in this subtitle.

(c)

Adoption of rules. The Board shall adopt rules to carry out the provisions of this subtitle.
