§ 5-1-260. CERTAIN MEMBERS OF THE POLICE AND FIRE DEPARTMENTS NEED NOT BE EXAMINED.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Code, members of the regular Fire and Police Departments applying for admission to the Employees' Retirement System of the county need not be examined by the Medical Board, provided such members have passed the physical examination required by Special Rule 2.04 of the Personnel Rules.
