§ 5-1-220. SAME—BOARD TO ADOPT RULES.

The Board of Trustees shall, from time to time, adopt rules specifying the manner in which service retirement benefits will be calculated for those members having earned creditable service under both §§ 5-1-214(a) or (b) and 5-1-218 of this subtitle or § 5-1-219 of this subtitle.
