§ 5-1-207. SAME—BENEFITS NOT PAYABLE TO MEMBER NOT IN SERVICE AS EMPLOYEE; EXCEPTION.

No benefit under the Retirement System other than the return of contributions shall become payable to or on account of any member while the member is not in service as an employee.
