§ 5-1-104. AUTHORITY TO LEVY TAXES FOR PENSION PLAN.

The county is authorized and empowered to levy such taxes as may be necessary to pay for the establishment and maintenance of any pension plan pursuant to the provisions of §§ 5-1-101 through 5-1-103 of this subtitle.
